Collector/Messenger
Collector/Messenger is responsible in doing errands from office of the EVP and General Manager, affiliates, and principals relative to documents for delivery and collection. He is also responsible in pulling out and picking up submit documents, follow up status of overdue accounts from fleet, bank P.O. leasing and individual accounts, and also receives documents from all credit analyst, finance manager for submission/deliver to other bank and corporate accounts. Activities of the said job may not be limited to these instances, as it is required to accomplish other duties that may be assigned by the department head.
Pull Out Driver
Pull out driver day to day activities includes inspecting of new deliveries, pull out units and stencil new vehicle releases. They are also responsible for ensuring the completeness of tools, parts, warranty kit TMP VDN and TMP checklist of new vehicles. Activities of the said job may not be limited to these instances, as it is required to accomplish other duties that may be assigned by the department head or VSA Supervisor.
Human Resources and Admin Manager
One of the key roles of Human Resource Admin Manager is identifying and analyzing the existing recurring problems within the structure of the organization. With the issues being recognized, the HRAD Manager provides permanent solutions and attempts to build and foster harmonious relationship between the employees.
Marketing Professional
Marketing Professionals are primarily sells brand new vehicles, conduct saturation and fleet visitation, attends training on product knowledge and selling skills, prepares pricelist, brochures, computation for walk-in/phone-in customers/fleet accounts, and also responsible in attending generals sales meeting. He/she is also responsible in accomplishing and explaining new vehicle delivery, checklist, names of referrals of customers. Duties and responsibilities of the said post is not limited to these instances.
