Marketing Professional
Marketing Professionals are primarily sells brand new vehicles, conduct saturation and fleet visitation, attends training on product knowledge and selling skills, prepares pricelist, brochures, computation for walk-in/phone-in customers/fleet accounts, and also responsible in attending generals sales meeting. He/she is also responsible in accomplishing and explaining new vehicle delivery, checklist, names of referrals of customers. Duties and responsibilities of the said post is not limited to these instances.
LTO Liaison Staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate
- Experience with LTO operation is a must
- With Non-Pro or Pro Driver’s License
- Computer literate
- Hardworking and responsible
- Willing to render overtime
- Willing to do field work
Customer Relation Staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or similar
- Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Comprehension, and Customer Service skills are required
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Preferably with previous experience in Customer Service
Accounting Staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any business-related course
- Fresh graduates willing to be trained are welcome to apply
- With 1 to 3 years of work experience
- With general accounting skills and analytical skills
- Willing to extend long hours and can work under pressure
- Keen on details and well organized
- High-level computer literacy
Credit and Collection Staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Accounting or Credit and Collection
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of SAP are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Service Advisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance repair
- Ability to prepare cost estimates and explain technical terms.
- Computer literate
- Customer-oriented, trustworthy, and with a pleasing personality.
Service Technician
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Automotive Course.
- At least NC I or NC II Passer.
- Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
- Ability to use an OBD scanner and diagnostic tool.
- Good physical condition
- Ability to follow Toyota’s strict service processes.
- Willingness to learn and attend regular training.
Car Jockey / Driver
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License.
- Technical familiarity (Basic maintenance, use of tow trucks, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
- Generally, 1-3+ years of driving experience.
- A clean driving record.
- Honest and trustworthy
Quality Assurance and Compliance Staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field, along with relevant experience.
- Strong attention to details
- With analytical skills for data review, and familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., Kaizen).
- Computer literate.
- Hardworking and responsible
